The Xpert-Timer is based on an easy installation and user handling throughout the whole programm. There are two ways to install the software: either with an ACCESS database or with the Microsoft SQL Server setup. The menus are clear and the user will navigate easily. A well structured Help should give you answers to almost every question. If you run into problems, "service at xpertdesign.de" will help.
Xpert-Timer allows you to create as many project and subprojects as needed. You can see clearly how much time you have used for each project. Those projects can be assigned to certain customers if required.
A lot of companies use Xpert-Timer in the network. It supports the Microsoft SQL-Server technology to keep your data in a save place. Fewer users can be managed easily with the ACCESS database.
Keep track of your costs
If you have a certain budget available for your project,
Xpert-Timer offers you to manage it for you. You can always keep an eye on your actual costs, the expected time needed and the
actual time used.
Individual access for users
An integrated rights system for users and user groups makes it
possible to keep track of the projects, the costs, the progress,
the time and the open tasks. Changes can only be made by
authorized users.
