Outlook module

Drag & drop emails

With the Outlook module, you can drag&drop emails from Outlook or Thunderbird into the document management or the To-Do list of Xpert-Timer. The file is saved as a .msg file in the document management system of Xpert-Timer.

If you drop the email into the To-Do list, a new task is created. The subject of the email is then the subject of the new task. In addition, you can export tasks from Xpert-Timer to Outlook, and vice versa import multiple tasks from Outlook into Xpert-Timer.
