Software assurance "Premium Plus"
You will receive Xpert-Timer Pro from the date of purchase, for at least one year with the software assurance package "Premium". Additionally you can add support to the package by choosing the option "Premium Plus". The "Premium Plus" package is calculated with 25% of your license value. It is 15% for all bug fixes and changes within the current major release, 5% for the upgrade to a new major release and 5% for support.
The package "Premium Plus" contains:
- 12 months product updates from the 1st of the following month to the purchase date of the license within the purchased major version, eg. updates from version 7.0 to version 7.5.
- 12 months product upgrades from the 1st of the following month to the license creation date within the purchased major version. For example: upgrade from version 7 to version 8.
- Free e-mail support within max. 48 hours on weekdays from Mon. - Fri. to email@example.com
- We include the support if you experience technical problems with Xpert-Timer (e.g. during installation). But we only include product training and product support for a maximum of 30 minutes. Provided support (greater than 15 minutes), which proves to be an operating error will be charged, or credited to the telephone support package of 30 min.
The term for the extension is always calculated on an ongoing basis. An interruption of the software assurance is not possible, e.g. if you want to extend it after the software assurance expiration date, we will calculate this period retrospectively. The minimum amount for the Premium Package is 25,00 EUR plus VAT per anno.

Retail price (10 licenses): 1850, - EUR
Software assurance Premium Plus: 462,50 EUR
Invoice amount: 2312,50 EUR
Extension after one year: 25% from 1850, - EUR = 462,50 EUR
