Xpert-Timer Pro

Project or order-related time tracking for teams

Xpert-Timer Pro is multi-user capable, can be installed on a server and is based on an MS-Access, MS-SQL (also MS-Express), PostgreSQL or MySQL database (MariaDB). This is the best-selling version of the Xpert Timer.

Additional modules

In addition to project time tracking, Xpert-Timer Pro also offers a client management , a project activity report , a reminder module , and a To-Do list .
Optionally, the following additional modules can be purchased:

All modules can be activated at any time. If not activated, there are no buttons visible in the program, to keep the user interface slim.

Time tracking for project teams

Using Xpert-Timer Pro, entire companies can work on projects simultaneously in a team. Xpert-Timer Pro should be installed on a shared network drive so that all employees simply run a single .exe file. This way the regular updates are easy to install. Access to each project is controlled by user rights in Xpert-Timer, additionally to security levels and, if needed, work groups. Thus, each employee can only see the projects of his work group, or the projects that he was assigned to.

Xpert Timer provides an easy-to-use interface so users can work and understand the software quickly. A short training period is guaranteed.

Synchronization

Xpert-Timer Pro in combination with the synchronization module allows offline capture of projects with later synchronization. Data, recorded with a laptop or an Android device can be exchanged over the internet with the main Xpert-Timer database via XTSyncServer (interface). This allows you to record times and comments on the go. Of course, if you have security concerns, it is also possible to import the data into the database via LAN after returning to the company

XTWeb

If you also want to record your project times using a browser, the XTWeb variant in combination with XTCloudserver is your option. You install a web server in your company so that your employees can track the times directly into your database using a browser or an app. To learn more, visit the XTCLoudServer site.
